Daniel Libeskind Concept Poster
My first intent was to combine lines with abnormal geometric shapes. With the knowledge of his work and my creativity, I came up with multiple thumbnail sketches to embody his work in an abstract way. Using these sketches as a foundation, I was able to create a few compositions to embody libeskind’s style.
Much of Libeskind’s work impliments greenery into the urban style of his buildings, so I know I wanted to use a tint and shade of green and blue to embody a sense of harmony through the sharp shapes and lines within the composition.
To strengthen the composition more, I wanted to utilize the type to enhance to space and create a better sense of movement through the page. I stacked the name “Libeskind” to create this movement and to also represent the sense of abrupt disruption in much of his Libeskind’s work.
